Healthy Summer Travel

Summer means hotter days and lazy afternoons. It also means it is time to take vacation.  Traveling during the summer is fun, and there are a few easy ways to make it healthier. Remember to stay hydrated, and boost your immune system, which can be weakened when traveling, with vitamin C or American ginseng.  Jet lag, motion sickness, food poisoning, and sunburns can all be bummers during vacation.
