Oral Health with Green Tea
Studies show that green tea can support oral health and reduce risk of tooth loss. The research showed that those whom consumed green tea daily, at least one cup, can significantly decrease risk of tooth loss. Those whom drank more than one cup showed increased showed even greater decrease of risk.

Have you been wondering just what an acupuncture appointment might entail? This is a very accurate and thorough account written about a young man’s first acupuncture experience. The acupuncturist in the article is a friend and former classmate of mine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago, IL. I like how the author pinpoints that although his general feeling of malaise may not be something he would make an appointment with his doctor about, it was still an uncomfortable state of being and important to be addressed.
