SMS/Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from Acupuncture Atlanta, we will use your number to send you the SMS communications for which you provided consent.
We maintain records of SMS consent and communication preferences, including your opt-in and opt-out status and, where available, information regarding when and how consent was provided. These records are used to ensure that text messages are sent only to individuals who have consented to receive them and to honor any subsequent opt-out requests.
Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our messaging program, but only as necessary for them to provide those services on our behalf.
You may withdraw your consent to receive text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us or otherwise communicating your request to us. We maintain your opt-out status so that we can honor your request unless you later choose to opt in again.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
