Amlapaste

Chywanprash is a unique herbal formula that’s been around for 2,000 years. It’s a sticky dark brown looking jam like paste. that contains a wide variety of herbs, spices, and fruit. Traditionally, some of the many things chywanprash has been used for include boosting immunity, aiding in developing strong digestion, nourishing and revitalizing reproductive tissues, and supporting normal function of the heart and respiratory systems. The prime ingredient in chywanprash is amla, also known as Indian gooseberry. Amla is packed with vitamin c and rich in antioxidants.

We carry chywanprash, by Interplexus, it’s called Amlapaste. Amlapaste contains vitamin e, beta carotene, vitamin c, bioflavonoids, lycopene, gallic acid, and ellagic acid. A few herbs that this formula consists of are: cardamom, cinnamon bark, clove, sandalwood, spreading hogweed, Irish root, bamboo manna and a lot more. In addition to the benefits listed above Amlapaste can also be used for the following: supporting normal cholesterol levels, restoring vitality, and strengthening gums. As far as dosage, it’s suitable to take one to two tablespoons daily. It may be mixed in hot water or milk or even used as a spread on bread.
