Corydalis blossom in the spring woodsCorydalis is a flowering herb used for centuries and is often used in traditional Chinese medicine for pain relief and inflammation.  This herb was recently mentioned on the Doctor Oz show as an alternative to reduce pain. Corydalis is also known as Yan Hu Suo and is used in TCM to invigorate the blood, help with pain and Qi stagnation.  It is often used for headaches, menstrual pain, and back pain.
